"and he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;"( 2 Samuel 22:2 KJV) .
Who is your deliverer? Who do you run to when the affairs of life overtake you? The passage above is drawn from a song composed by David after God delivered him from the hands of King Saul.
King Saul was David's archenemy at the time. The biggest threat to his life. Being delivered from him was a great miracle and breakthrough... You know, sometimes we act like we have never been delivered from anything. One thing about David is he knew exactly who God was and is to him. Testimonies of past deliverance were always his assurance for future deliverance. So he recognizes God as his fortress, his rock and his deliverance.
We must realize the same if we are to experience deliverance. You are not alone. You are not helpless. You have God and He is your deliverer.
