"For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory" (Deut 20:4) One of the things that we are assured of in Christ Jesus is victory. Starting from victory over sin to victory over every other thing that may trouble us. It says that the reason the Son of Man (Jesus) was made manifest was to destroy all the works of the enemy, satan. And having destroyed satan, Jesus has given us victory. Our victory is not under contemplation, it is already guaranteed. That is why we are more than conquerors. We had already won before even the battle began. The only thing we need to do is to appropriate the victory that Jesus has already won for us. In this month of victory, nothing shall defeat you in Jesus name. Amen.
If you followed my lessons faithfully towards the end of last month, you will notice that God started speaking to us about victory over the enemies on 27th October 2017 when I started the series on "Confusion". The truth about life is that you don't need to offend anyone to get enemies. Some people will just appear and hate you and start doing everything they can to bring you down. The mere fact that you laugh too much or too little. Or you like to act as if God belongs to you alone or you like posting nice pictures on Facebook... people will hate you for some silly reasons. But you are not to be afraid of them; and you don't need to go about trying to find out who your enemies are. God has already arisen to destroy your enemies and put them to shame.
David said, "Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies!" God is about to prepare a table for someone this month. It doesn't matter how many people are against you. Greater is He that is with you. In this month of victory, you shall be victorious. And no plans of the evil ones shall come to pass in your life in Jesus name. Amen
