"The LORD said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the Israelites to go forward." (Exodus 14:15) Prayer is a wonderful Christian tool. It is the secret of our walk with God. It is the source of our strength. It is indispensable. It is undeniably a powerful exercise. But not every problem can be solved by prayer alone. Pray, you must, but action must follow. And one of such problem is the problem of poverty or lack of money because money does not flow to prayers, it flows to solutions. The only way to get money is to receive it as a reward for solution provided to someone's problem. God is not going to give you money. Stop praying for money. God has already deposited in you the power to get wealth, use that power. Understanding the principle behind every issue of life is important for enjoying the fullness of life. it is what Jesus meant when He said, "you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free". There is a truth behind every issue in life. Learning this truth will liberate you from ignorance and superstitions. And when it comes to getting money, the truth about it is buried in various passages of the scripture. Take for your reading pleasure the following passages: 2 Kings 4: 1-11; Deut 8:18; Col 3:23; I Thess 4:10; 2 Thess 3:6-10. Moses was a prayer warrior. He, on two occasions prayed for forty days and forty nights in fasting. But at this one point in His life, God told Him why are you crying out to me for help, tell the people to move forward. God was telling Moses, you have prayed enough now do something. The wife of the son of prophet in 2 Kings 4 whose husband died in debt learnt a valuable lesson from Elisha. After her oil miraculously multiplied, she was given the instruction to go and "sell". In other words, use the oil to provide solution to people's needs and you will get money. The problem with most Christians and the church by extension is that we are expecting God to give us wealth, money and riches; but God doesn't do that. If you want to key into the overflowing wealth that God has promised us this month, you must get up and do something with the wealth power invested upon you by God
