Sometimes a miracle looks like a door opening. You prayed for an opportunity, and suddenly the opportunity appeared..
“Behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it.” (Revelation 3:8)
You needed a connection, and God brought the right person.
You needed a platform, and someone invited you.
You needed a solution, and an idea came.
You needed access, and God gave you favour.
These can all become avenues through which God accomplishes His purpose.
The Bible says that God can set before us an open door that no man can shut.
But we must understand that not every open door is necessarily God's door.
Some opportunities may look attractive but lead us away from God's purpose. Therefore, we need discernment.
An open door from God should be evaluated through Scripture, prayer, wisdom, godly counsel, and the purpose of God for our lives.
When God opens a door, we must also be willing to walk through it.
Sometimes we pray for opportunities but fail to prepare for them.
We pray for a business breakthrough but do not improve our skills.
We pray for ministry opportunities but do not develop ourselves.
We pray for promotion but do not become more competent.
Faith does not eliminate preparation.
Prepare while you pray.
When the door opens, be ready to enter.

What can you do today to prepare yourself for that opportunity?
Prayer
Father, thank You because You are the One who opens doors. Open the doors that align with Your purpose for my life and close every door that will take me away from Your will. Give me discernment to recognize Your opportunities and wisdom to prepare for them. Let Your favour distinguish me and advance Your purpose through my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Daily Declaration
God is opening doors for me that align with His purpose. I receive wisdom to recognize them, courage to walk through them, and grace to steward every opportunity faithfully. No man can shut what God has ordained for me. Amen.
