The scripture reveals that there are two things God earnestly desires: one; that everyone may be saved and two, that all may come to a full knowledge of the truth (1 Tim 2:4). But unfortunately, most people get saved and they stop there. This is the reason for cases of spiritual dwarfism, unfulfilled life and ministry, mediocrity, unfruitfulness, spiritual bondage and satanic oppression. Such people when you look at their lives and the level of degradation and dejection, you can't help but wonder are these people really saved. How come they are still suffering from all these evil things - poverty, fear, secret sin, envy, jealousy, hardship, satanic oppression, etc - which Jesus clearly came to deliver us from. The reason is simple: such people have failed to appropriate the second part of Jesus sacrifice i.e coming to a knowledge of the truth
